Even though all our items are custom made to order, your satisfaction is guaranteed! All of our products have a 14-day return privilege. We try to describe and image our items as accurately as possible, but because of the limitations of the internet we understand that it is difficult for you to determine a product on a computer. WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE! If you wish to make a return please contact us via by e-mail at Sales@LightningAutoCustoms.com within 7 days from the receipt of the item. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number along with instructions on how and where to ship the item back.

You may return this item(s) for any reason (as long as the item has not been materially changed, modified or used, installed etc. in anyway). For example: a return will be honored if you took it out of the package you decided the color wasn't right. We will refund payment minus shipping postage, and a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to make an even exchange Ex: you wish to have red stitching instead of black, the 20% restocking fee will be waved. If an even exchange is to be made you must send the product back prepaid. We will exchange the product following the guidelines stated below.

Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange or refund, less shipping and handling and or restocking fees that may apply. All products must be returned prepaid in new condition as items were sent to you. They must be in the original box/packaging along with all paperwork, parts, accessories, contact information (Full name, address, email address, and PayPal email address etc). To make your exchange and or refund a smooth and hassle free transaction. Custom embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than an error on our part or defect.
