We custom make a shift boot to fit a Dodge or Plymouth Neon.  We also offer a custom e-brake boot.  Both can be ordered in your choice of Color and Material, European leather, Synthetic, or a carbon fiber-like material.  Here is a sample of it's fit in an actual Neon console plate:
