Q. Do you have e-brake boots?

A. Yes, e-brake boots are located at the bottom of each shift boot page. (If available)

Q. When will my boots be shipped?

A. They will be shipped the next business day, 99.9% of the time.

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Generally between 2-7 business days providing you are in the United States. &-10 days international.

Q. What method of shipping do you use?

A. We use the USPS (United States Postal Service)

Q. Do I get a tracking number?

A. Yes, a tracking number is emailed to you when payment is received, providing you are in the United States.

Q. What do you recommend cleaning the European leather with?

A. We recommend Meguiars one step leather care once a month.

Q. Do you put any leather care on the boots before they are shipped?

A. Yes all leather boots are treated with Meguiars leather care before they are shipped.

Q. I need a grommet for my shift boot, my stock one is broken/lost, where can I get one?

A. Email us and let us know, we will gladly sell you one for a minimal charge. We can even install it in the boot for you if you order one with your purchase.

Q. I want a two tone shift boot/ e-brake boot, do you do that, and how can I order one?

A. Yes we can custom make you a two tone shift boot and/or e-brake boot in your choice of colors. How? Just email us. Let us know exactly what you want, it's that easy.
