We custom make a shift boot to fit a 1990 - 2002 Honda Accord (please e-mail or call if you need a newer Accord shift boot).  We also offer a custom e-brake boot.  Both can be ordered in your choice of Color and Material, European leather, Synthetic, or a carbon fiber-like material.  Here is a sample of it's fit in an actual accord console plate:
